Terms of Use, Responsibility, and System Integrity
Dialectic & Deconstruction Solutions (DDS) is designed for use across personal, professional, civic, organizational, and technological domains. Because the system engages complex human decision-making and may be applied in high-stakes contexts, its use carries legal, ethical, and professional responsibilities.
The following protocols establish the governing terms under which DDS may be used, clarify intellectual property boundaries, define scope limitations, and articulate the ethical obligations associated with responsible engagement.
I. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Copyright Protection Dialectic & Deconstruction Solutions (DDS) is a protected work under United States and international copyright law. This protection includes, but is not limited to:
- The text of the book Dialectic and Deconstruction Solutions
- The conceptual framework and methodology
- The DDS Engine (execution architecture and code)
- The DDS Manual and all AI training materials
- The platform architecture, terminology, and design logic
Protected Terminology & System Components The following names and system elements represent proprietary intellectual property associated with DDS and may not be used in commerce without permission:

II. Permitted Use & Licensing Structure
DDS operates under a dual-use framework that distinguishes between personal engagement and commercial or institutional deployment.
1. Individual & Personal Use (Open) Readers and individuals may:
- Read, study, and apply DDS for personal, relational, educational, or civic understanding.
- Use DDS to reflect on private decisions, relationships, or community issues.
- Upload portions of the book into large language models for personal problem-solving.
Restrictions: The work may not be resold. Authorship may not be claimed. DDS may not be represented as an original or proprietary framework by another party.
2. Commercial, Professional, & Organizational Use (Restricted) Any use of DDS for the following purposes requires an active license issued by the rights holder or affiliated entity:
- Generating revenue
- Supporting paid professional services (including psychotherapy, coaching, consulting, facilitation, or organizational leadership)
- Influencing public policy, governance, or institutional decision-making
- Powering software, applications, platforms, or AI services
This includes use of DDS logic, structure, terminology, or execution patterns—whether performed by humans, AI systems, or hybrid environments.
III. Scope & Limitations of Use
DDS Is Not a Substitute for Professional Judgment DDS is an orientation and design system. It clarifies structure, tension, and trade-offs, but domain-specific judgment remains the responsibility of the user. It does not replace:
- Licensed mental health treatment
- Medical diagnosis or care
- Legal counsel
- Financial, engineering, or safety-critical expertise
Clinical & Psychological Disclaimer While DDS draws from psychological, relational, somatic, and existential traditions, it is not psychotherapy.
- For individuals experiencing acute mental health crises—including suicidal ideation, psychosis, or severe trauma—DDS is not appropriate as a primary support. Immediate professional care should be sought through qualified providers or emergency services.
- Licensed clinicians who use DDS remain fully responsible for adherence to their professional scope of practice, ethical codes, and regulatory obligations.
AI-Mediated Use When DDS is engaged through artificial intelligence systems:
- AI systems do not possess empathy, moral agency, or clinical responsibility.
- AI outputs are proposals, not decisions.
- Human judgment must remain active and accountable.
- Prohibition: Representing AI-generated outputs as authoritative conclusions without human review is explicitly prohibited.
IV. Ethical Use & Harm Prevention
DDS is a high-leverage system. With that leverage comes ethical responsibility.
Ethical Use Includes:
- Transparent problem framing
- Accurate representation of trade-offs
- Honest acknowledgment of costs and constraints
- Capacity-sensitive recommendations
- Willingness to halt execution when harm risk increases
Unethical Use Includes:
- Manipulating dialectical framing to justify harm
- Using DDS language to mask self-interest or power consolidation
- Applying DDS to override consent or suppress dissent
- Extracting legitimacy from the framework without honoring its constraints
Users remain responsible for the consequences of their actions. DDS does not absolve moral accountability.
V. Data Privacy & Platform Considerations
Third-Party AI Platforms When DDS materials are used within external AI systems (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini), users are subject to the privacy and data-handling policies of those platforms. Users are advised not to input personally identifiable information, medical records, or sensitive legal/financial data unless operating within secure, private environments.
The DDS Platform If a dedicated DDS platform is deployed, it will operate under a privacy-protective model in which users retain ownership of their work, solutions are shared only by explicit choice, and data is not sold to third parties.
VI. Liability Limitations
DDS and all associated materials are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- The author and affiliated entities disclaim liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of DDS.
- Users assume all risk associated with applying the framework.
- No guarantees of outcome, acceptance, or success are made.
DDS guarantees structure, not results.
VII. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. In the event of a dispute, direct resolution is encouraged and mediation is preferred over litigation. The spirit of DDS favors repair, clarity, and proportional response.
VIII. Statement of Confirmation
By engaging with Dialectic & Deconstruction Solutions—through the book, the manual, the engine, or any platform implementation—users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these legal and ethical protocols.
DDS exists to support coherence, not control. Responsibility remains human. Integrity is the system’s highest constraint.
Economic Sustainability & Platform Stewardship
Dialectic and Deconstruction Solutions (DDS) is designed for long-term horizons. Its purpose—supporting psychologically, relationally, and civically coherent problem-solving—cannot be sustained through extraction, attention capture, or ideological alignment.
For that reason, DDS makes its economic structure explicit.
1. Economic Integrity as Design Requirement DDS rejects the assumption that civic or psychological frameworks must choose between impact and sustainability. Without a coherent economic model, frameworks become dependent on patronage, platforms drift toward engagement manipulation, and public trust erodes through hidden incentives. DDS adopts a layered, transparent sustainability model where profitability is treated as infrastructure, not motive.
2. Governance and Ethical Boundaries Across all layers, DDS adheres to the following principles:
- No advertising-driven incentives
- No sale of user data
- No ideological capture
- No forced participation
- No monetization of distress
Economic sustainability exists to protect independence, not to justify expansion at any cost. DDS reserves the right to refuse partnerships, integrations, or deployments that undermine its ethical commitments—even when financially advantageous.
3. Closing Statement DDS is designed to last. That requires clear ownership, honest economics, and boundaries strong enough to survive success. Sustainability is not hidden. Profit is not denied. And purpose is not sacrificed in their pursuit.
